Reasonable accommodation beware of the cleaning staff My dad was conned by one of them into dating them and made believe she was going to marry him 2 years of going back there and sending money over he was about $100,000 out of pocket.

An Absolute Disaster, Worst Place to stay in Manila.

This place used to be half good, close to the city centre with outside seating in the cool night air and tables and chairs that where comfortable. Street venders used to be the entertainment along with the ladies of the night and homeless in the park, It was a real taste of Manila.
The food and bar used to be good but new owners have wrecked the attmosphere and the whole place.
It stinks of raw sewerage by the lifts and the food is served cold or not to menu .
I asked for a Scotch fillet and was served Rump steak cut to look like scotch. My son was served cold bistek on a cold cast iron pan and the onions where lacking from the dish.
Toilet did not flush, the shower old and rusty along with a califont hthat had a mind of its own And staff Well im in Hospitality so can honestly say I would not employ one of them. The Manager isso rude we just wanted out.

Not so good

I have stayed here many times in the past. I am finding it going down hill, not like it used to be. The price has gone up until ,its not worth the stay even though they have airport pickup. They have to upgrade and lower the price before I will go back.

Disgusting place I have ever stayed.

Don’t be fooled the photos they have posted, those photos might have been taken ages ago. I have stayed in motels and 2-3 star hotels in Europe or Asia so you can’t expect much. But this place is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. Luckily I only stayed there for a night. The room is disgustingly dirty. I have felt that the linens are not changed. I thought I was staying in a hunted house which is hunted and full of dust. The fridge doesn’t work and f***in dirty. The lady at the Reception named Mary is the most arrogant and miserable person in hospitality I have ever encountered. She doesn’t smile and less accommodating, she was always on the phone and if you approached her for some inquiries she gave me a feeling that I am somewhat disturbing her. But the lady who replaced her in the middle of the night was very polite and friendly. Waiters are friendly , helpful and accommodating. The food was okay but what is disgusting is I found a hair on my food but no apologies were given though they changed my food I didn’t eat it anymore coz I was put off. Can’t recommend this place, even you are in a very tight budget.

Staff are nice and helpful. The air conditioner wasn't strong enough so they brought me a fan which they did promptly. The room didn't have towels, which I found out after I took a shower. The staff in general are very nice and I feel like it's a solid hotel but they need to double check things like towels and so forth.
