The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions. We require a credit card pre-authorisation or a prepayment of the full accommodation amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel. Operating hours for Altitude Restaurant and Blu Bar on Level 36 may vary during the Festive Season and on Public Holidays. Please note that the Horizon club lounge is closed from 16 to 17 December 2024.
