Ironman weekend

Brilliant selection of food for breakfast. We ate from the restaurant and the food was very tasty. Bedrooms and facilities were great with a high level of cleanliness. The staff were all very helpful. Katherine in the restaurant deserves a special mention. She was chatty, helpful and very efficient.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Average rooms, welcome and breakfast at the top

Nice hotel in the center of Klagenfurt. The rooms (superior in our case) are spacious and cozy. Comfortable bed and valid bathroom accessories. The structure is a bit dated but it is good! Professional reception both in check in and check out. Very helpful Samuel (hope I read the name correctly) who booked us the restaurant and interacted with us in Italian. Also excellent breakfast with different dishes both sweet and savory, one of the best among the many hotels of the same category I have visited over the years. Sometimes it takes little to win over a patron.

The room was not bad but the service was very bad. In addition, 3 hours after check-out, I indicated that I had left something in the room (Apple accessory). At first they kindly assured me not to worry, they found it and sent it to me by post. It hasn't arrived since then, I inquired several times and indicated that it hadn't arrived. 2 months have passed and since then they have

useless

the stay was actually ok . the furniture in the rooms was dated and overpowering.
the receptionists were beyond useless.
indifferent, struggled to actually do their job of checking in and out. completely incompetent.
