Excellent service. Excellent feeding options and quality. Perfect morning coffee, the tapioqueira score 10. I was very well served by the team in all sectors: Reception, coffee, lunch, dinner and room cleaning. Returning to Chapecó, I will definitely stay at the ibis

Reception 10, kitchen 0.

Excellent reception staff especially the Vitor of Colombia. But the breakfast is awful. I arrived around 7:45 and the coffee was blank, no past coffee, eggs, water and no dishes. The extremely stupid employees and one came to kick my coffee from the machine. Poor kitchen staff, you can fire everyone who's gonna be the best.

Great hotel

Accommodating, excellent morning coffee, cordial reception! Well clean bed linen and various options in the restaurant! I recommend this hotel for those who are in doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Soon I will stay again at the Ibis de Chapeco! A hug!

A good hotel, just the reception is grumpy

Well organized hotel, very good breakfast, however, on this last stay (third), some receptionists were in a very bad mood, with terrible service.
But overall the Ibis is a good hotel to stay at.
Good location... There are taxis, Uber, buses and parking (small) but it is available.

Clean and modern hotel on the edge of the city. Good buffet breakfast. Hotel offers entrees for rving dining. Free parking. Safe in the room. Refrigerator too. Internet speed was good. Large supermarket across the street.
