The lobby area is comfortable and beautifully decorated. There’s a coffee machine for guests, and free laundry facility as well (but the dryer did take longer than normal to dry).
There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways one day, which we are not used to. Not sure where it was coming from. Though the smell was gone the next day. It’s not the hotel’s fault though.
Service was fantastic! From the moment we stepped inside, everyone was professional, attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. On arrival day, 小赵 checked us in and showed us to our room, and gave us welcome fruits. We also got a special drink during our stay. When we were caught on a rainy day, there were umbrellas at the hotel that we could borrow.
Special thanks to 张薇 for her enthusiasm. We had a lovely chat and she gave us recommendations for what and where to eat! It made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire front and housekeeping team for their wonderful service during our stay. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, central, and the metro was practically right outside. Wangfujing Street is within easy walking distance.
It was very clean and nicely furnished. You had everything you needed.
The staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they were very accommodating.
The breakfast was incredibly great! It was varied and diverse. There was something for everyone, and something different every day.
We are already looking forward to our next stay at this hotel when we travel to Beijing again.

they helped me a lot during our stay, especially when we need to retrieve our lost baggage, which is taken over by our didi driver by mistake.
check in process is really quick. we encounter nk problem at all
Room is so clean, and well arranged. basic amenities provided by the hotel.
hotel location is grear near dongdan station (with escalator access).
