Okay stay
Venitian is very large hotel and you can find everything here, Casino, restaurants, foodcourt , shopping , brandnames store etc….
Room is large but cheap design with wallpaper in the bathroom.
Breakfast was poor

Simply loved the decor ,the reception was good to even upgrade our room, which was so fabulous. The room was so spacious and felt so luxurious .The room service food was good.There are options for breakfast to make it good but should allow both buffet and the menu breakfast guest should be given the choice .

Great stay at the Venetian. We stayed at the south suites where the elevator was very near the foodcourt when we had some meals at. However, our rooms were quite a distance from the elevator. The rooms are huge as is the toilet. If the toilet had a bidet spray it would be better. My parents love that there was two TVs in the room. Two sinks in the toilets were very convenient too. We took a taxi to the airport which was less than MOP80 and very near. (Would have taken the free bus but our flight timing did not match). Would stay again if we go Macau

Big, spacious, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Check in and check out process were smooth. Very convenient as there are many connecting walk ways to different casinos.
Not spotless. Bathroom sink had use brush with hair strands left when we checked in.

Please kindly note: - Guests are required to provide names (same as the travel document) in English at the time of booking, and other languages are not accepted. Name changes after the booking is made are not permitted. - All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip. - Once the booking is completed, the hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit cards. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted. - The same physical credit card used for booking must be present by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment. - The Hotel does not accept third-party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of the credit card, and photo ID/passport of the credit card holder are all submitted to the hotel 7 days before the arrival date.
