真心一般，积分兑换欢迎水果是烂的，
要求升级房型但是前台要求加钱 我用好评换的
但是凌晨四点噪音呼呼叫隔壁的情侣聊天声
早上九点下水道流水声
九点半打电话问前台，九点半已经收餐了..
这还是商丘的准四星
马桶用toto，居然不是自动的，都2025了
电子秤还是坏的，退房的时候前台特意跟我强调称是好的，所以我一个成年人30斤吗？
设施 服务 硬件软件 都很一般 不符合四星级定位 撑死了三星
小冰箱没有任何饮品 都是要付费的 还是有点玩不起

尊敬的宾客：您好！我们很抱歉没能给您提供满意的入住体验，您在入住时您拿差评威胁前台员工要求免费升级房间，前台员工告知您酒店升级政策但还是为了您的入住体验帮您免费升级，您退房后给予差评 您还声称用好评换来的？酒店为您赠送的水果，您反馈给您送的水果是烂的（通过图片确认没有看出来是烂的），酒店重新给您送了一份，同时在您退房时酒店为您打包两份水果（一份切果和一份整果）。您入住后向平台投诉空调有噪音，房间电子秤，房间没有小商品，要求酒店给您退房费拒绝酒店联系您，次日酒店经理和您沟通并解决您的问题，您拒绝沟通。酒店在您退房后检查空调和电子秤均属于正常，前台给您解释电子秤不可以放在地毯上称重，因为地毯较松软不能承重，您不接受前台员工的解释，在您退房后前台员工借您充电器，您故意把充电器带走，前台员工联系您要回充电器时您对员工爆粗口要求员工去取充电器，在您入住期间可能在某个环节给您带来不愉快让您产生想要退款的想法，给您带来的不愉快酒店再次抱歉，也很遗憾让您带着诸多不满离开酒店，瑞恒建国饭店全体员工期待您的再次光临！

好赖也是携程铂金卡，昨天借了前台的充电器自费还回去，今天携程联系他们要补偿，毛线没有，还四星呢，死刑吧。恶心死了。你们大堂经理就这样带队的！

路过商丘找到了这家新开的建国。硬件到位房间很新。服务也都很好。位置离高速不远。周边饭店多。吃饭很方便。
