This is the first time I came to Wuhu and chose to live here. I can take a taxi to the train station. The room facilities are okay, but the details need to be improved. There are many places to eat nearby, it is very convenient to live here.

The room is well-lit and the accommodation environment is much better than that of a fast hotel with the same price. The service attitude is standard and it is recommended. Although the decoration time is relatively long, there is no peculiar smell. The market is very convenient.

I checked in twice within a month due to work. The first time I lived on the 5th floor, and the second time I lived on the 6th floor. Overall, the service was good. But I was deeply impressed when I met an aunt who cleaned the room when I checked in for the second time. The aunt in the guest room, surnamed Zhu, saw that it was inconvenient for me to dry towels and small clothes when cleaning. She took the initiative to put a simple floor-to-ceiling drying rack in my room. I was very moved by this small gesture. I am an old customer of this hotel and have stayed many times, but only this aunt can take the initiative to provide convenience for customers. We are very grateful to the aunt Zhu, who said that this kind act made us feel warm. I will continue to choose Zhongkai Hotel when I come to Wuhu in the future.
