新小区，干净、安静、温馨！公交、地铁就在小区附近，去方特和只有河南，海洋海昌特别方便，提个建议吧：把绿植和镜子换成衣服架子和床头柜、会更有实用性，顺便再放俩碗或者小盆，洗水果放袋装食品很好👍下次还会入住

首先到了小区，住宿一套房的时候 房间床单被罩不是纯白，看不出干净还是脏，但看到两根很长的头发 图1/2 其他的设施和卫生不评价
随后要求换房 换到第二个房间 房间写的1.8 的床 旦实际应该只有一米五图3。且房间床品材质不明 颜色非白色 看不出脏还是干净。静电非常大 可能部分人会认为亲肤 ，床垫很薄 ，写了投影的参数流明1000-1499。有幕布 旦实际清晰度不足 且没有幕布 浴巾材质不明 棕黄色 看不出干净程度。擦了水后不吸水 漱口杯比较脏 （个人认为完全可以提供一次性浴巾 和杯子 成本也不高 起吗卫生）床头插座轻微漏电
感受不是很好 入住时间5.4-5.7 整体价格也不便宜 仅仅离景区稍微近一点罢了。个人看法仅供参考

首先感谢您的评价，对应的项目已经基本做了整改，一次性纸杯已安排，一次性浴巾毛巾已经在路上，房间提供了2瓶水，床垫已经安排，大床房已换成2米的床，之前的大床5月3号的时候被客人弄坏啦，所以临时换了一个1.5米的床应急，那个床的床垫比较薄，给您换了那个房间因为新的保洁的问题，已经对她进行了再次培训。再次感谢您的建议，我们也再不断的努力，力求做到更好！❤️

房间很冷 超级冷 空调开到32度 开了一晚上还是不暖和 第二天冻的就有点感冒了 沙发很小很脏 床上三件套也都是花布的 看不出脏净 为了保险 我和朋友套了一次性床套 底下的床垫也很脏 而且还没有前台 这次深刻让我认识到 旅游订民宿要好好做攻略！

感谢亲亲的入住，首先您说太冷了，空调开到了32度，但是冬天空调正确的开是26度，强风强热才有效果，而且我们在沙发上放了一个压床被在沙发上，您说沙发太脏了？但您提前入住的，并没有反馈这个情况呀，您说沙发太小了，我们家是1.25米双人小沙发，您要求那种一米八的大沙发咱们大床房确实没有，那么多的评价都是实实在在的，您可能住不习惯民宿，您比较适合住酒店，看看哪一家酒店，而且是方特附近的，能125左右价格，定个大床房带一个一米八的大沙发[愉快]，如果您真的实实在在的提要求，我们欢迎并积极改进，但我们绝不接受您乱评价

一进门就感觉房间布置的好漂亮的，好喜欢那个蝴蝶灯，拍照好有氛围感，全身镜拍照也好看，是我喜欢的风格，房东小姐姐很亲切温柔，还给贴心的介绍附近好吃的好玩的，下次来还住这家，真心推荐！
