Great Views and Breakfast Buffet

We stayed in this hotel in April of 2025. I was travelling with family and we had two rooms. The hotel felt new so it was very clean and had all of the current amenities. It is somewhat lacking ambiance but the breakfast buffet makes up for that. It was delicious and had a good variety of foods while offering beautiful views of the pyramids from the outdoor eating area. The only real downside is the location. We did not feel that it was within walking distance of much. Fortunately, we had no problem getting an Uber. Sadly, there was a lot of trash piled up on the street. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We would have no problem staying here again.

Good hotel quality price

Great location only to visit pyramids and new Egyptian museum, for the rest you are 40min by taxi from other "attractions". Cozy rooms considering the standard in these countries. We had breakfast and dinner included: breakfast very hearty but typically Egyptian, virtually no sweet, only savory, shame. Dinner not bad, shame have only 2 first and 2 seconds (always those), otherwise you have to pay separately. Beautiful location for breakfast and dinner, roof-top overlooking pyramids and museum. Very friendly hotel staff, also to book taxis to and from the hotel. We had asked at the time of booking a cot for our 2 year old but it had not been prepared, but just reported in 2 min they came to do it (at 01.30 at night). Ok

Cozy

The room was always clean, the beds were comfortable and has air conditioning for temperature adjustment.
Towels will be changed according to customer request.
The insulation to the outside is good, inside you hear the customers passing in the hallway but it is good from room to room.
The breakfast meets the expectations. We always dined at the hotel, although it was a bit high value for Egypt, it was great, and at the same time you have a calm atmosphere.
The location is close to the pyramids and the street is good and safe compared to other streets.
On the terrace we had a good view of the pyramids.
The hotel staff was all friendly, from beginning to end, and tried to satisfy all requests.
To finish, we had to take our flight during the dawn, so the hotel arranged the transport and gave us a snack for the way. Super helpful!

Gutted this place wasn't what I had planned

Am not sure we're to start, I was really looking forward to this hotel, paid extra for pyramid view,wouldn't borther, you could see top of the pyramid but sofa was facing opposite way it was point less, wasn't best of being clean shower head was hanging out roof, was 3 of us in this room we had to wait till water went down as was flooding, spoke to reception told us we could change rooms never happened then next day waited again for them to offer us one bed room when there is me,my daughter age 17 and my partner..
Told them tofor get it.. rooms never got cleaned every day
Was toothpaste all over the walls, in holder, sink had marks on it, telephone, lamp wasn't dusted
Had to ask every day for towels,toilet rolls,was noghtmare breakfast wasn't the best,had 2slice toast for full hotle can oder room service food is ok,
Can buy soft drinks on roof top, on leaving early hour's was younge lad who ran up to are room my only guess was to see if we left tip for cleaners but for first time I never room wasn't the best, but I did leave toiletries, party bits alcohol what the cleaners won't even get a look if the boys try to take your cases running to the rooms when leaving shocking teamwork..
Hotle is loud at night
Location nothing near by not even shops,or restaurants there is sweet shop next to hotle but omg her price list is made up so expensive...
Need to get taxi everywhere,
Staff was lovely especially restaurant ones,
This hotle is ok if staying 2 days no more,..
