Hotel had a convenient location walking distance to train/bus station for transport to Nice Airport. Bus “Zou” to/from airport cost around 14€. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Did not try the breakfast but is looked a bit boring any plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is situated at a busy street so expect noise. Rooms fine, beds ok

They DID NOT have parking and sent us to a public parking ramp. After Monday to Wednesday stay we were shocked with a $248 parking fee.

We really love this place, nice small pool, two blocks away from the beach and friendly staff
