A Perfect Hotel Near Chambord
We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel located in a small but very welcoming village. We chose it for its excellent location—just a 10-minute drive from Chambord—and couldn’t have been happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth and hospitality.
The accommodation was modern, exceptionally comfortable, and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding, made even better by a friendly and attentive host who made each morning feel special. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, exceeding our expectations with beautifully presented dishes full of rich, memorable flavors.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

No parking, full restaurant on arrival but at no time did the reception ask us if we wanted to dine when booking by telephone and the call the same day to give the arrival time.
Obligation to give one hour for breakfast. Very limited breakfast. No pain au chocolat only croissant. No brioche or madeleine to complete. No fruit salad, no dried fruit.

Merci pour votre commentaire, même si nous regrettons le ton employé, visiblement plus destiné à blâmer qu’à dialoguer.
Concernant le stationnement, notre établissement est situé en plein bourg de village, ce qui implique naturellement l'absence de parking privé. Cela étant, 2 parkings publics gratuits sont disponibles à proximité immédiate : l’un à 20 mètres, l’autre à 350 mètres, ils vous ont été indiqués à votre arrivée.
Au sujet du restaurant : vous n’avez pas sélectionné l’option de réservation de table lors de votre réservation en ligne, vous n’avez pas répondu au questionnaire de préparation du séjour — qui pose explicitement la question d’une réservation au restaurant — et vous n’avez exprimé aucun souhait en ce sens lors de la conversation téléphonique le jour de votre arrivée. Il est donc un peu facile, voire injuste, de nous reprocher de ne pas avoir deviné vos intentions.
Quant au petit déjeuner, il est servi à heure fixe pour garantir la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits. Il est composé de produits soigneusement sélectionnés, dans une logique de qualité plutôt que de profusion. Si vous cherchez un buffet gargantuesque à seulement 12€, d'autres établissements répondront sans doute mieux à vos attentes.
Enfin, qualifier une expérience de « nulle » sur la base de ses propres oublis ou préférences personnelles, sans jamais s’adresser à l’équipe sur place, témoigne davantage d’une frustration mal dirigée que d’une véritable critique constructive.

Le séjour s'est bien passé.
L'entretien des chambres (dessous de lit), poussière reste perfectible.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très cher mais ne comporte pas beaucoup de choix.
Les abords (buisson au niveau de l'entrée) ne sont pas bien entretenus poour un établissement de ce niveau.
