La description sur hotel.com de l'appartement n°5 ne correspond pas à la réalité, il n' y a qu' un seul lit et pas de chambre séparée. Après appel et reclamation, nous attendons le rappel du szrvice compétent. Dommage!.C' est propre,bien situé et calme. Pas de stationnement gratuit à proximité.

Chambre avec cuisinette, dans les combles près de la gare. Très chaud et pas d’air climatisée, mais il y a un ventilateur essentiel pour dormir. Très bien situé par rapport à la gare et métro. Très joliment décoré et équipements assez confortables et en bon état. Les difficultés sont liées à la communication et à l’absence totale de responsables sur place. Les procédures complémentaires de réservation pour obtenir le code d’accès sont compliquées (et les messages vont systématiquement dans les indésirables, un problème connu d’autres voyageurs et des responsables, l’utilisation de SMS compliquée pour non-européens et les textos n’entrent pas). Malgré un numéro de téléphone, il n’y a aucun service sur place pendant la durée du séjour. Très peu de papier de toilette à disposition et aucune possibilité de se réapprovisionner, la pompe à liquide vaisselle est vide, le savon pour le corps fourni est de pauvre qualité (très liquide, ne mousse pas), aucune information sur la ville et/ou restos (par exemple quelques dépliants ou carte). Nous n’avons pas été informés d’une coupure d’eau complète, en raison sans doute de travaux dans la rue (ni au préalable, ni une fois la coupure effectuée au moins pour reconnaître l’important désagrément). C’est dommage, car bien que je n’ai que très rarement besoin de services, la base essentielle n’était simplement pas remplie.
