Fabulous hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Great room with tea and coffee making facilities, which surprisingly is not common practice in other European hotels we have stayed in. Great location, walking distance to the places we wanted to see. Great breakfast, good variety and lots of it. Would love to stay again.

Leisure trip, visiting friend
When travelling to Colonge, I can recommend this hotel. It is about 25 minutes walk to the Cathedral, or there is an underground station nearby. I liked this hotel, as the staff were very friendly and customer focused. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was made each day and items used were replenished. I will be coming back to Cologne and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Warm welcome from reception at this hotel
Good and clean hotel and perfect location in/near the center. Many nice restaurants near. Was very pleased with the customer service from the reception. Would be great if something could be done to optimize check-in. I was able to pre-check in online, but still had to wait quite a bit to finalize check-in and get the room key. Which is normal since there were other guests :) check out was very easy, I could do it online and leave the key cards in the room. Would definitely recommend when visiting Cologne!

First class service!!
The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast very varied and the service absolutely first class! Big praise to every employee, you feel incredibly comfortable and are well looked after. Also, the hotel has a great location and great views.
