Very poor accommodation

Dirty dirty and shabby, it's a cheek to let something like that.
We were there as a family and it's now through lawyer.
It was quickly put some decor items in here and you think you have a lodge with it. Everything is crafted very badly and there are risks of injury everywhere.

Appearances are deceptive...

We stayed in the wellness apartment in the Wendelstein Lodge, which unfortunately had a few defects. The private sauna in the apartment could not be put into operation and an instruction manual could not be found. We tried several times to solve the problem with the contact persons we were given, but without success. Finally, our messages were no longer responded to at all, which is absolutely inadequate service. There is no on-site contact person, at least no one responded to our inquiries. Last but not least, a message to the hosts and a complaint about this defect remained unanswered after our stay. The price-performance ratio is inappropriate, based on the service you receive as a guest at the end. A look at reviews on Booking.com suggests that the sauna in the apartment seems to have been broken since at least October 2023.
The bathroom in the apartment smells strongly of sewage, the shower is leaking and partially floods the bathroom.
The barrel sauna in the garden, which is accessible to all house guests, is unfortunately located directly on the main road. In addition, the sauna is very dirty, as it seems to be used by children as a playground. There is no relaxation here either!
"It is our goal [...] to create a carefree and stress-free atmosphere for you to make your stay as unforgettable and enjoyable as possible," say the hosts on their website. This stay was unforgettable, but unfortunately not enjoyable. We would not recommend it!
