Very satisfying stay in the centre of town

Came here for the 2024 Marklin Open Days - location in the centre of town near the main square is excellent and just over 1km from Marklin (15 mins walk). Reception staff very helpful and beds are comfortable. Room small but adequate. For any Marklin fans the rooms each have an image of a different train.

We had a good experience. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Location is good in a pedestrian shopping area. The only issue we had was that the bathrooms on two rooms in two separate floors were very smelly. Something like a sewer gas. The smell dissipated a bit in one of the rooms, but persisted in the other.

Lovely place to stay, we where here for the Euro 2024 football tournament and made to feel welcome.

Good hotel with unfortunately many weaknesses

The hotel itself is quite chic (especially compared to the other hotels in Göppingen), but is only suitable as a business hotel to a limited extent: no desk lamp, hardly any power sockets, air conditioning can only be operated by calling reception (but you have to listen to a telephone announcement to get through it)

herzlichen Dank für Deinen Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel, sowie Deinem anschließenden Feedback.
Die Klimaanlage lässt sich in jedem Zimmer, von den Gästen selbst regulieren. Leider handelte es sich in diesem Fall, um einen technischen defekt an der Steuerung. Zusätzlich haben wir aber in solch einem Fall die Möglichkeit, dies von der Rezeption aus zu regeln. Unsere Rezeption ist 24 besetzt und unsere freundlichen Mitarbeiter helfen gerne weiter.
Wir würden uns freuen, Dich wieder einmal in unserem Hotel begrüßen zu dürfen.
