Nice place

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. The owner (or manager) was very accommodating and arranged for us to get the key when we arrived (which was very late). The room was big, clean, with all necessary amenities. Very happy with the stay and will stay again when in the area.

great stay!

i took the apartment which was very nice, it was clean, comfortable, fully equipped.
the internet was fast and good. the location was good for me (neasr my business)
the owner was nice and friendly.
just one thing that the apartment was not in the same location, it was in another building (around 500M away) which i did not know.
in general it was good stay and i enjoyed it.
i will be back.

Will stay again.

Just returned after a 10 night say. Very clean and quiet. We stayed in a newly renovated room, #7 which had 2 beds, large washroom, tv and free wifi. The restaurant in the basement was very good and for the money it served the largest portions from any of the places that we ate at. The location was great. Located 10 minutes walking from the Beta Klinik which is why I was there. Also it is located between 2 train stations which we used all the time.

Hervorragend

Eine tolle kleine Pension, die alles hat was man braucht. Was mir vor allem sehr gut gefallen hat war die Sauberkeit der Räume. Das Bettzeug duftete sehr gut und frisch. Das Bad war vollkommen ausgestattet. Ich hatte meine Zahnpasta leider vergessen und die Mitarbeiter haben mir direkt eine besorgt. Kaffee, Wasser, Fernseher im Zimmer vorhanden.
Anbindung nach Köln ist sehr gut.
Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise, habe ich schon meinen Rückzugsort.
Ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Viele Treppen

Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Über Email kann man aber die Ankunftszeit abstimmen. Die Pension liegt im 2. Stock, ca. 36 Stufen nach oben. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein. Die Zimmer unter dem Dach sind zwar etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Da es im Sommer hier sehr heiß wird, gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Leider damit auch die Geräusche. Alles war super sauber. Zum Service auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Kühlschrank. Begrüßt wurden wir auf eine nette und persönliche Art. Das Frühstück war in einem Nachbar Gebäude. Hier gibt es noch Appartements die zum Hotel gehören.
Geparkt wird auf dem Nettoparkplatz. Im Keller des Gebäudes liegt ein Restaurant mit Kegelbahnen. Der Wirt super freundlich und was er in seiner Küche zaubert ist grandios. Hier müsst ihr unbedingt essen gehen.
