Good Budget Hotel Lovely Location

Arrived and could not get an answer. There was a notice on the front door (In German) to ring a number and you are given the code for a key safe (In German) but budget quality was fine for us, nice lady serving a nice breakfast.

Preis/Leistung nicht überhaupt nicht

Zuerst das Positive: die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut! Direkt am Steinhuder Meer.
Bereits im Voraus war das Hotel mehrfach telefonisch nicht zu erreichen bezüglich einer Nachfrage.
Die Pension ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind alt und es ist nicht gut geputzt. Man findet sowohl Staub als auch Haare der Vorgäste. Die Tapeten blättern fast ab, das gesamte Haus riecht extrem muffig. Es ist unfassbar hellhörig und ab 8h am Sonntagmorgen hört man lauten Krach.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und die Eier bekommt man in einem schmuddeligen Stoffbeutelchen.
Eigentlich eine Pension mit viel Potential, es bedarf jedoch einer Komplettrenovierung und -sanierung.
Keine Empfehlung.

Nicht das, was es verspricht

Entweder gab es einen Besitzer wechsel, oder es ist egal, wie der Gast sich fühlt. Vor 3 Jahren waren wir begeistert. Jetzt dachten wir, wir sind im falschen Hotel/Pension. Schon beim hochgehen der Treppe, dachten wir,dass die vor Tagen zuletzt gesaugt/gereinigt wurde. Überall Krümel und Dreck. Im Zimmer war das Bad nicht richtig sauber, und einige Teile defekt. Im Bett hat mich was gestochen welches sich als Fingernagel heraus stellte. Die Fernbedienung war so zugestaubt,die mochte man nicht anfassen. Haare vom Vorgänger waren auch überall sichtbar. Nun zum Frühstück. Obwohl der sehr kleine Speiseraum voll war, wurde von der kleinen Auswahl die vorhanden war, nichts nachgelegt. Wer also später kam, hatte Pech. Schade das dieses schöne Hotel so herunter gekommen ist, so das wir ein drittes mal da bestimmt nicht übernachten werden

Eigentlich nette Pension. Aber mit viel Luft nach oben

Die Pension zeichnet sich durch die optimale Lage aus. In 1 bis 2 Minuten ist man sowohl am Wasser als auch im Scheunenviertel.
Das Frühstück war ok. Leider ein etwas kleiner beengter Raum.
Das grosse Minus war die Sauberkeit. Überall Staub , Schimmel im Bad. Spinnen ohne Ende im Zimmer. Das geht gar nicht.
Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Eigentlich hat die Pension mega Potential. Es müsste aber dringend mal renoviert werden.
