Disappointing Stay – Avoid at All Costs! 31st Dec 2024

The hotel’s 4-star rating might be due to its initial condition as a new property, but as of December 31, 2024, it is in terrible shape.
The images shown online are outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the hotel.
Staying here would ruin your vacation; I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
The rooms were not clean, and the washrooms were dirty with aluminum doors that made creepy noises.
Bedsheets were stinky and dirty, and the cupboard was filthy with broken hangers.
Requested a clean towel, but was told it was not available.
Asked for a change of bedsheets, but was informed they didn’t have any and it would take up to 6 hours to get them from the laundry.
Bedsheets and pillows, which were visibly dirty and had fallen hairs, were never replaced despite requests.

The only positive aspects are its proximity to the beach and the decent view it offers.

Pathetic | Zero basic hygiene

I recently stayed at Hotel Tri Sea in Kanyakumari, and while the location and parking facilities were convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel seems to have a significant issue with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom was dirty and leaking, the walls were covered in large cracks and grime, and the wooden furnishings appeared unpolished. To make matters worse, there were dirty-looking switches throughout the room. The most unsettling part of my stay was discovering a spider colony above my bed, with some spiderlings falling onto me. This experience made it clear that the hotel could greatly benefit from a thorough renovation and improved housekeeping.

It was very obvious that they DO NOT, wash the bed sheets used by the previous guests. There was lingering body odor and they had sprayed the room strongly with Lysol. I just had to chk out after the first overnight stay loose the money having prepaid for 3 fays.

Below average hotel

Stayed for one night. Informed the hotel about the arrival time in advance. When reached at 3 pm , they said room was not ready. They allocated a very bad room with extremely small toilet where one person cannot stand without touching the walls. Very old hotel with rooms not tidy.
No room service or restaurant.
Better to avoid.
