overall, it s ok
The location is not very nice, to be sincere... it is a noisy part of the city, it is on JonstonGanj. The good point is maybe that it is still quite central. We are more in the " affordable area" if you compare it to " civil lines" district which appears much more expensive, in general. Anyways, in Subash Hotel, the good point is the staff, friendly...The room service is all right, operational, although lack of choices of desserts ( doesn't have any) but there is veg and non-veg meals on the menu, and the prices are reasonable.
All rooms seem to have tv.
The hotel is not always clean in the highest standards... I mean the rooms are cleaned up, the sheets changed but the building is not in its newest shape.
The bucket of hot water, you have to ask for it, free of charge..
There is no views from this place.
And not all staff really understand basic english...
Yes so nothing really special about this place, just affordable for those on lower budget...
Oh and it is animal friendly...which is quite nice.
And the prices, listed at the reception, seem to be fixed ....
