Apartmentos Hello Alicante

10-12 June 2024, we visited Alicante for the first time and we booked at Apartmentos Hello Alicante. Communication between the staff/owner and ourselves was excellent. The Hotel is in a traditional part of Alicante and location was perfect for our needs. Apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. Excellent coffee shop across the road and everything else including a variety of retail stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, marina and beach all within walking distance. We had one issue with the washing machine but once again staff/owner had this resolved before we returned from a day out and went above and beyond our expectations to do so. The apartments do not have a reception but arrangements can be made to store your luggage if you have a late flight /departure.
This did not impact our view and added to the quirkiness of the hotel but may be needed to taken into consideration by less mobile guest. The lift is small and stairs narrow. Would not suit a wheelchair bound guest.
The apartment would be best suited to travellers who like to get out and about. We would definitely return.
