The stay was great, the water in the pool were cold.
Hotels.com made us a lot of trouble. Although they declaired the price includeed fees and taxes it didn't. So we had to add extra 18% for taxes.

Reservation confirmed. Arriving at the reception: "unfriendly staff, explaining me... No reservation available!"
They are not professional, guard sitting in front of entrance, playing on his phone. Reception-personnel hardly know to handle the keyboard of the computer.

The Hotel is located in a good location. Parking was available, the staff was quite friendly. No major complaints.

check in was ok, they did not inform us of fee for parking or any other parking accommodations. delivered a small bottle of wine and some cookies to the room, very nice.
room had no working safe, no blow dryer, carpeting in hallways was torn. jacuzzi broken.

Nothing to like except breakfast, which is very good by western standards but just barely Ok by Israeli standards.
Rest of the facility is a poorly managed.
My room on 11th floor was simply dangerous for health.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Oct 2025 until Wed 01 Apr 2026 Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays, check-in is available only after 18:00. Use of the wellness facilities is at extra cost of 30 ILS per person per day. The bathing season in the pool is from May to September inclusive. Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.
