Perfect location. Modern and clean.

Absolutely lovely apt. Very modern with a balcony and view of the ocean. Just a block and a half to the beach.
Less than a 10 minute walk from train station.
Similar to war museum.
Numerous restaurants and cafes close by.
The owner is extremely nice and helpful.
I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent and comfortable!

B&B in the center with sea view, truly beautiful and refined furnishings, chosen with taste, from reception to the room.
Very comfortable bed and small balcony overlooking the sea. The structure is spotless, comfortable and charming. There is everything you need for breakfast or an evening herbal tea.
Very kind Monica who welcomed us upon our arrival.
We will be back!

Great for any occasion.

We come here when we want to "escape". The room is excellent, absolutely top notch, not to mention the convenience of being 50 meters from the sea and the same from the town centre.
Good weather clearly makes everything more beautiful and enjoyable. In short, if we didn't have to return to the city, we would happily stay for a month.

Perfect little getaway

The first added value of the structure is undoubtedly Monica, the perfect hostess, kind and discreet, fully reliable and available. The B&B, where I spent one of the most pleasant stays I have ever experienced, is in every way up to impeccable hospitality. Very central but very quiet, a few minutes walk from the Angelita monument and the beach, it allowed me to experience the sea as I dreamed (moreover, with a view from the room). Brand new furnishings and bathroom, scrupulous cleaning. TV, wi-fi, and everything always available for small snacks, a cup of tea or a good coffee (the very fragrant Matteucci coffee - even of that I have an indelible memory!). Thank you very much Monica and see you soon

Perfect B&B in Anzio.

B&B in the center of Anzio, but slightly out of the way and therefore very quiet at the same time.
It is located on the second floor of a well-kept period building with the possibility of finding parking easily.
You will be greeted at the entrance by a lovely and friendly girl who will give you all the usual instructions, but also advice on where to dine in the surrounding area.
The structure is completely renovated, I think recently, because it is very well kept, fragrant, sober and correctly lit both at the entrance and in the rooms.
There are three rooms, we stayed twice in number 3 which is a triple. Tastefully furnished, impeccably clean, very quiet and bathroom with double shower.
All positive for this B&B in Anzio, to which we will return soon for the third time!!!
