Another great stay ....was able to check in early, room was a good size, very clean and had a great view of the old town. Very good breakfast. Staff arranged taxi which arrived on time. Will definitely use again.

Friendly and very helpful staff..... allowed us to check in early then helped us sort out alternative travel arrangements in response to national rail strike. Great location. Great breakfast. Clean.

Big room. Large bed - very comfortable. However room tired looking. Hairdryer old fashioned and not very effective. Overdue an upgrade. Have started upgrading rooms on othee side of building

Excellent stay - arrived well before check-in and the staff were very helpful and gave us our room early and an upgrade Stayed in the newly refurbished room which was excellent. Hotel is very central and in walking distance to the town/shops and also to funicular that takes you to the old town. Have stayed here 3 times now and woukd always make this my 1st choice of hotel

Very comfortable and pleasant middle-sized hotel. Great breakfast. Perfectly located between Cittá Alta and Cittá Bassa, with a bus stop right in fornt of it and within walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets and the main shopping area. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when back in Bergamo. Grazie, San Marco!
