We will definitely come back next year!
The main pool is large and very clean, with a generous area designed specifically for children, which made it perfect for families. For those seeking peace and quiet, there’s a second pool that’s adults-only.
The food was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety every day – there was always something new to try, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Our room was very spacious and cleaned daily. The housekeeping staff were attentive and regularly checked in to make sure we had enough towels, shampoo, and anything else we might need.
Every member of the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights for us and especially our child was the kids' disco and the evening shows – truly top-notch entertainment!
We would definitely recommend this hotel to families. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We would have liked to spend a week here if we had gotten an offer. But we didn't.
It started out difficult. The doorman at the barrier spoke neither English nor German and our (we only got off the plane an hour ago) Italian was not good enough. A fairly long discussion was the result. After some back and forth we got absolution and the barrier was opened. There are two sides to the action. Of course we didn't like it so much but that guests are protected against foreign intruders we found positive.
Unfortunately, it continued in that style. Two ladies at the reception were busy. We just waited. When they could look up from the computer, we shared that we would like a price and a look into a room. We were charged for renovated and unrenovated rooms. We asked for a view in both rooms, if it would not be too much trouble, because the lady who was in charge did not seem very customer-friendly.
We should sit down and wait. That's what we did. I then went to the toilet.... took a look at the pool (by the toilet) and looked at the display in the reception extensively. After about a half hour, my wife and I agreed that the ladies had no interest in winning us over as customers.
We kept driving. Too bad!

If you want to be at the hotel all your stay. Located in the middle of nowhere with no possibility to walk into town

Big disappointment
Room was disaster - we stayed in Cedro building - old and damaged equipment definitely not 4⭐️ , maybe even not 3⭐️. Terrible pillows, damaged electrical sockets, smelly and poorly working AC - there was mold over it on the wall. No possibility to let dry clothes , towels and swimsuits. Overpriced baby crib to borrow. Small shower - try to clean your small kids in there was artistic piece. Broken toilet seat, toilet was working poorly. Rusty sink and sharp from the bottom - very dangerous for little kids. We had no view , but at least quiet. On the hall there were puddles from AC and also from drinking water tank all the time .
Main restaurant was also disappointment. Breakfast pastry, desserts and most of pastas were very good, pizza excellent but except that, food was almost every time cold and doesn’t look tasty at all. Air condition was also issue because inside was freezing cold (outside were a lots of wasps and mosquitos) our baby got ill because of that. We had also issues with rude guests - lots of people were kicking into our children’s stool and my 4y.o. got knocked down when he was leaving desserts table- with no apology. Lots of people were pushing us, skipping lines for foods and drinks ♀️ I think chef should be spending more time in the kitchen than standing in dining area and looks annoyed and bored.
Playgrounds were nice staff were mostly friendly, but their English was very poor.
In general it was disaster. For same money you can have beautiful vacation in 5⭐️ hotel with delicious food in different country. We wanted change for once and I think we’re in Italy for last time.
