Very nice place right on the marina, next to lots of yachts. Very comfortable, good service, and good food.

Not a four star hotel
This hotel is in a beautiful setting and yet so close to the airport. I was excited to book a spa hotel before a long day of travel.
When we arrived, I was disappointed as the building looks dirty externally. We checked in and the ire from our room was beautiful.
The black mould around the bathroom window and next to the shower surprised me for a 4star property.
Spa… huge let down. Sauna good - Turkish bath was smelly, intact horrible. So your spa is a sauna, shower and lounge chair.
Chairs around the pool were not cleaned yet, not exactly inviting. It just seems to be the care that lacks- this could be a stunning four star property with some service and maintenance.
Our big concern was the air conditioner leaking all night in our room. At 10:30 PM we asked for extra towels and turned the temperature up a bit hoping it would stop. The lady working the desk was so friendly and offered to switch our room, but at 10:30 PM when we had to get up early the next day and were in our pajamas we didn’t accept her offer. I wish we would have as we slept for 90 minutes all night, up changing towels as we could not stop the dripping. Our clothes got wet when we were out for dinner as the air conditioning fluid or water leaked on our clothes.
When we asked for a small discount, checking out… The woman was so rude and dismissive. She told me she would send someone up to fix it when he came in for work even though we were checking out in 10 minutes. When I asked her why am I paying for a room that we couldn’t sleep in because of poor maintenance of the property… She shrugged her shoulders and said there’s nothing she could do. She was offended that we didn’t want to pay full price for this experience.
If you are expecting a three star hotel, then this may be OK as long as sleep isn’t important to you. The highlight was the breakfast… Not necessarily the meal, but the lady working at the breakfast was so friendly, something that seems to be lacking at this at this hotel.

I am very saddened to read this review, especially as I went personally to your room at 10.30pm -just like you said- to check the A/C. As I verified that the issue was not something my colleague and I could resolve at that time I offered, multiple times, to change the room free of charge. You never accepted. I eventually left you in the hands of the night shift colleague, who you did not once called to notify the situation.

The property was at a lovely location. The stairs to our room was very narrow, and we had to carry our bags up the stairs. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good however, the breakfast was not hot. The service was very nice and it was very convenient to the airport.

This was a perfect hotel stay! The staff couldn.t have been friendlier or more helpful the entire time we were there. If we ever come back to this area, we will certainly look forward to staying at this hotel again!
