Good location and friendly staff but bring an eye mask

This hotel had a great location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Also appreciated the welcome drink on the roof terrace. Prior to our stay, we had requested that the beds be separated (I was traveling with my adult son) and they were unwilling to accommodate that. Also, our room had no curtains and so was light at night and very light in the morning. Unfortunately, both meant that we did not sleep well.

Attention the hotel does not refund the fines zone ZTL even if you paid for access!I paid for access to zone Z

I paid for hotel access to the ZTL area but the police were not informed. After a few months I receive a fine of 82,10€ that the hotel invites me to pay by mail quickly and that it undertakes to reimburse me because it admits its errorR. I have been waiting for months and my email is blocked by the hotel. The hotel even sent me a copy of a FALSE payment that would be sent to me on an account with the Italian Post that I do not own. It must be a payment between people from the hotel!!!

In the heart of the city

Top location, in the city center. Room quite spacious and breakfast satisfactory. The sore point is the garage, the hotel gives the opportunity to leave their car in their garage for a fee. And this would be the positive side, since it is located in the ZTL area and a few meters from the hotel. The thing I recommend rethinking is the organization! The garage is not huge and the cars are piled up so you have to leave the keys at the reception in case they have to move them. The problem arose on the day of departure: in the garage there was the poor attendant with the bag of keys and found correspondence with the cars to be moved by randomly pressing the remote controls. If then some phenomenon has thought well not to leave their keys but blocks someone else's car..... the patatrack is done. So I suggest you give notice of the key deposit and make sure the parking lot leaves the keys.

shameful bad organization

bad booking service - I booked three months in advance with the indication by the hotel of payment on arrival ,...... 4 days before I receive an email with unjustified cancellation by the staff!!! but are we kidding?? a luxury hotel??

Perfect stay!

Excellent hotel, with a unique location. Breakfast is very good, the room is quite large and comfortable. The staff very friendly and kind.
I recommend this hotel to those who are in Mantova and want to do everything on foot. Not so far from the train station, it is possible to walk, although with suitcase is a little uncomfortable, but nothing impossible
