Wonderful stay

Apartment very carino.Grande and very spacious, tidy and very clean, not even missing the welcome kit.
Impeccable cleanliness.
At reception they are all available for any clarification.
Location of the apartment very close to the metro.

Don't go.

If you want to try a new "nightmare hotel" format you are in the right place. Cleanliness not covered and staff absent. No use trying to contact their call center they will not be able to help you because even they will not be able to get in touch with their staff. You will be stuck in a nightmare of filth. Refund not even to talk about it.

Terrible.

The worst stay of my life, room with insects, no support, I was treated very badly by phone, I would advise against it to my worst enemy, they treat customers in an indecent way, I had no understanding yet they made me spend a mortifying night on a human level with ants and toxic insecticide.

weekend in milan

I arrived at the hotel at 20 in the evening because of the delay of my flight, the structure proved extremely helpful and courteous, it was the first time we stayed in a structure of this type usually we turn to hotels, but in the end I found it a choice with an excellent value for money.... Clean and well-appointed rooms, in the area we found facilities where to do shopping and breakfast... thanks and see you soon
