Family weekend

Family weekend, the staff managed to find us a room for three at the last minute, very friendly phone and physical welcome!
The room was functional and the bedding very clean!
Hearty breakfast taken on the terrace with the hotel cats, too nice!
Restaurants and fast food nearby because hotel restaurant closed on weekends.

Very very very good hotel with step formula!!!!

Very very good Hotel!!!
Step formula "room, pdj and evening meal" = Big surprise because the meal was exceptional!!!
The breakfast very very good, French and American
Do not hesitate, and congratulations to the whole team for the know-how and your kindness.

We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite
On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded
We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday !
This was not stated on booking
Room had a double bed, not Queen
Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view
Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other
Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45
Shower and wc open plan to bedroom !

Lifesaver: Parc Hotel's Unforgettable Service after Car Breakdown

Many thanks to Parc Hotel for the great service! After a hectic day where we were stranded with car trouble on Sunday and no garage was open, we found Parc Hotel after a long walk. We were warmly welcomed by a hugely attentive and helpful young man at the reception, who was truly our salvation. The next day the whole team helped us tremendously. We are extremely grateful for the help and can warmly recommend Parc Hotel as a fantastic place to stay! With a beautiful pool next to the hotel and a lovely bakery.

A night in Carvin

Friendly, dynamic and very professional staff a very functional room with very good comfort and well soundproofing it is possible to have meals a restaurant and very pleasant and tasty and generous cuisine a breakfast with diversity and quality products for a very interesting value for money, I highly recommend
