Best of everything— Amazing service, food, housekeeping, beautiful and modern rooms, easy access to transportation!
We stayed four nights at the Roma Palazzo Cinquecento in a Jr Suite on the 4th floor. The service was fantastic— everyone from the doormen, the reception desk, the housekeeping, the bar and breakfast buffet was wonderful. Housekeeping even noticed that we drank lots of water and brought extra complimentary bottled waters to our room.
The location was so convenient with easy access to everything! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I can’t wait to book another stay at a NH Collection hotel!

Rome short stay
A very comfortable and well located hotel extremely convenient to the Termini station and much of Rome. We arrived by train 8:30 am after an Umbria tour and Marcella was very helpful arranging an early check in and breakfast (not free but not ridiculously expensive). Only glitch was housekeeping forgetting a bottom sheet but the front desk was very responsive to correcting the issue.

Thoughtful Feedback on My Stay
I had a lovely time staying at your hotel and want to say thank you to the wonderful team.
First of all, Nice at the restaurant really made my stay special. She was so kind, always smiling, and gave amazing service every single time. She made me feel very welcome and taken care of—she’s truly a star!
I also want to thank Marcella, who helped me book a Vatican Day Trip. Her suggestion was perfect, and she was very professional and friendly. The Chief Concierge was always ready to help and had a great attitude. I also noticed a young trainee who was full of energy and really excited to help—great to see!
The security staff were very polite and always made me feel safe. And the team who helped with my bags during checkout were so helpful and friendly—it was a nice way to end my stay.
The only small issue I had was when I called Room Service to ask about benefits. The lady I spoke with didn’t seem to understand the details and even asked if I spoke English, although I was already speaking clearly. It felt a bit uncomfortable. I think the team could use a little more training on guest benefits and how to speak with guests politely.
Still, overall, it was a great experience. Most of the staff were very kind, helpful, and made me feel at home. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Fantastic hotel and staff
We started here as a family in a quad room for a long weekend. First impressions of the hotel were impressive. Lovely looking building with beautiful grounds.
Interior of the hotel was just as impressive, really nice reception/lobby and 5* for all the staff working there. Really friendly and very helpful.
The room itself was very big with a separate bedroom with en-suite and a separate living area with a sofa bed and separate bathroom. So fantastic for our family of 4. The only minor complaint we have is that our room was on the back side of the hotel which was on a main road. A lot of traffic and noise. I am not sure if it would make a difference but Next time I would ask if they have a room at the front of the hotel facing the Termini.
The hotel has the attention to detail. They noticed it was my birthday and upon returning to the room from a day of sightseeing there was door mat outside the room that says Happy Birthday. When we entered the room there was a couple of cakes on a table with a lovely happy birthday note from the hotel. It is these little touches that makes this hotel stand out
The hotel has a rooftop bar, not the most spectacular but it’s nice to be able to go up for a drink or dinner and look across the city. Don’t expect wow views the building is only 5 floors and you are looking out mainly to the Termini and a parking garage.
The location of the hotel Is also fantastic if you want to be near easy transport options. With the Termini mainline and metro on the doorstep along with it being the main bus hub and tour buses it makes this hotel a great option if you want things to be easy. However since it’s the main public transport hub it’s a bit of a double edged sword as our my comments above about the noise.
I would give it 4.5/5 if I could with the only minor negative the noise. But I would be happy to stay here again considering the overall experience we had with the staff and the location.
