新小区，干净、安静、温馨！公交、地铁就在小区附近，去方特和只有河南，海洋海昌特别方便，提个建议吧：把绿植和镜子换成衣服架子和床头柜、会更有实用性，顺便再放俩碗或者小盆，洗水果放袋装食品很好👍下次还会入住

首先到了小区，住宿一套房的时候房间床单被罩不是纯白，看不出干净还是脏，但看到两根很长的头发图1/2 其他的设施和卫生不评价
随后要求换房换到第二个房间房间写的1.8 的床旦实际应该只有一米五图3。且房间床品材质不明颜色非白色看不出脏还是干净。静电非常大可能部分人会认为亲肤，床垫很薄，写了投影的参数流明1000-1499。有幕布旦实际清晰度不足且没有幕布浴巾材质不明棕黄色看不出干净程度。擦了水后不吸水漱口杯比较脏（个人认为完全可以提供一次性浴巾和杯子成本也不高起吗卫生）床头插座轻微漏电
感受不是很好入住时间5.4-5.7 整体价格也不便宜仅仅离景区稍微近一点罢了。个人看法仅供参考

首先感谢您的评价，对应的项目已经基本做了整改，一次性纸杯已安排，一次性浴巾毛巾已经在路上，房间提供了2瓶水，床垫已经安排，大床房已换成2米的床，之前的大床5月3号的时候被客人弄坏啦，所以临时换了一个1.5米的床应急，那个床的床垫比较薄，给您换了那个房间因为新的保洁的问题，已经对她进行了再次培训。再次感谢您的建议，我们也再不断的努力，力求做到更好！❤️

房间很冷超级冷空调开到32度开了一晚上还是不暖和第二天冻的就有点感冒了沙发很小很脏床上三件套也都是花布的看不出脏净为了保险我和朋友套了一次性床套底下的床垫也很脏而且还没有前台这次深刻让我认识到旅游订民宿要好好做攻略！

感谢亲亲的入住，首先您说太冷了，空调开到了32度，但是冬天空调正确的开是26度，强风强热才有效果，而且我们在沙发上放了一个压床被在沙发上，您说沙发太脏了？但您提前入住的，并没有反馈这个情况呀，您说沙发太小了，我们家是1.25米双人小沙发，您要求那种一米八的大沙发咱们大床房确实没有，那么多的评价都是实实在在的，您可能住不习惯民宿，您比较适合住酒店，看看哪一家酒店，而且是方特附近的，能125左右价格，定个大床房带一个一米八的大沙发[愉快]，如果您真的实实在在的提要求，我们欢迎并积极改进，但我们绝不接受您乱评价

一进门就感觉房间布置的好漂亮的，好喜欢那个蝴蝶灯，拍照好有氛围感，全身镜拍照也好看，是我喜欢的风格，房东小姐姐很亲切温柔，还给贴心的介绍附近好吃的好玩的，下次来还住这家，真心推荐！
