Very good.

The hotel is very good, the room/bathroom are very good, the staff are great, polite and helpful, the breakfast is good. We only spent one night as we were going to Rio de Janeiro (capital).c

لا وظيفته

نزلت في Comendador عدة مرات خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، إذا كنت ترغب فى فندق لائق بالقرب من مركز لا أعتقد أن هناك الكثير خيار. معظم الموظفين لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية ولكن على الأقل من أجبرت لي أن تتعلم بعض باللغة البرتغالية. بخلاف حاجز اللغة فريق العمل كان دائماً ودوداً للغاية. :)
الغرف بسيطة للغاية مع حمامات صغيرة. ميني بار الأسعار بأسعار معقولة جدا, ~ 1 -1,5€ لتناول الجعة أو الصودا. الأسرة قاسية نوعا ما ولكن لا يمانعون بجد سرير إضافي. شيء واحد يذكر أن هناك خط قطار شحن جدا بالقرب من الفندق الذي يمكن أن تكون مزعجة جدا في بعض الأحيان.
لم أجرب بوفيه الإفطار لأن فضلت سيرا إلى أسفل الشارع إلى المخبز للحصول على ساندويتش شهى.

Beautiful facade, but old facilities.

The staff are very friendly,but the hotel itself leaves much to be desired.The facilities are old and seem to have been renovated.The pillows are not comfortable.The shower does not heat almost anything and to improve the record broke. The breakfast is quite complete, but the coffee utensils are very close to each other and it is quite difficult to dismantle some items to be able to serve, since there is no room to store the lids.They are quite fragile.Only to lean on the table, broke.Therefore, there is a chance of breaking something and you have to pay expensive for it (which happened in my case),even the hand being a little "moist", since I also did not find wardrobes while I was drinking coffee.

Good location, modern and clean

I had a twin single room. it was very clean and well appointed although quite small. Brazilian hotels do not have plugs, te/coffee making facilities and you have to put the toilet paper in a bin. Plumbing is not great in the hotel....but this is a Brazilian thing. The breakfast was good. Checkin and checkout was quite slow.....again this is aBrazilian thing. Nevertheless the service was polite.

Excelente custo-benefício

No centro da cidade de Três Rios o Hotel não é um 5 Estrelas, mas para viagens à trabalho e simples pernoite, ou para viagens rápidas, visando conhecer a cidade, é um ótimo local para se ficar, pois é próximo ao shopping da cidade.
