I give them a full score. Here’s why : With the price you pay, you get your own room, with a decent space, (a little too narrow? I don’t think so. ), proximity to Minami-Senju Station, steps away from convenience stores, quiet and peace at night, etc. What else would you need?!?! However, I would love them to have a modern Japanese toilet (with bidet), tissue in the room & a mirror.

Clean and cozy accommodation with a good location and price. Hot water was a very good plus to make a coffee. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Pros: great location, low cost, polite staff, clean room and public areas, everything you need. Cons: unpleasant smell from the mattress, which is why there is a constant smell in the room. Transparent curtains, it is too light to sleep in the morning without a mask. Poor soundproofing, noisy neighbors and slamming doors were heard even through earplugs. The toilet does not close, I often went in when men were standing there without pants. I recommend the hotel. I will come back again.

Convenient hotel with individual rooms.
The location is easily accessible by bus and you can even reach the center of Asakusa within 25mins walk.
Simple but had everything it needed.
