Dirty pool and weak air conditioning

Dirty pool with an oil film, garbage, and dead wasps... I told the administrator about this several times - an employee came, moved with a dustpan for 2 minutes and went for lunch... the air conditioner barely worked, I waited 50 minutes for a watermelon for lunch...
The pluses are the beautiful design and the good, responsive employee Sofia at the reception.

Top level comfort in Osh

We stayed at Jannat Resort Osh in July of 2022. The hotel provides very nice rooms with comfortable bed. The hotel is quite new and is located at the foot of the mountain but at the edge of the city.
We liked the service and front desk personnel.

Not going there again and recommending my network to do the same

After paying a regular five star rate - one would expect at least 4 star service and a proper breakfast set (payed $170 USD per night got a boiled egg and poorly provided breakfast buffet). I have to say let alone 5 probably it’s a one star. The staff members do not speak any other language but broken Russian, breakfast is possibly the worst I have had in the country. “SMILES” are difficult to come by - staff members are either depressed or you feel that staff members are lacking motivation. It seems that they are not payed well and never had a proper training to be service oriented. Basic aspects such as water in the room “not there”, no mini bar not there - recommendation for food, city guide, maps etc - yes the hardwares - the facility (golden toilet) are all good but you do not feel good in the place. They should’ve invested more on the software - skills, service orientation and languages etc. It is a soul mess entity. I am not much aware of their target group but if it is global travelers this is a complete no go, and whoever has recommended them as a five star facility should strip them of it. Osh as a city is very service oriented - restaurants like Dolcevita make you feel like home, in the other hand Jannat Resort is an experience not to be repeated.

The best one

Service is outstanding- food quality-property amenities are top quality and security level like no other.
Good anti-COVID conditions
Excellent staff, very good location: near from Sulayman too, near from the airport.
Unbelievable garden!
