Different MO experience

MO Kuala Lumpur was excellent in everything, the vibrancy, staff friendliness, and the food. The only thing that I didn't like was the cramp in breakfast area. Too crowded.
I just stayed in MO Guangzhou 2 weeks ago. It was nothing to compared, it was a disappointment. No sofa in the lobby, timid entrance to the front entrance and very bad breakfast. Staff is not as friendly. But again, nothing can compare to SEA hospitality.
This rating is only for MO KL.

Great hotel with excellent staff members everywhere!

All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room, public areas, etc are great. Breakfast is excellent with variety of choices include all different type of cuisines!

It was our first stay at Mandarin Oriental. We checked in to celebrate hubs birthday. The hotel is definitely a dream! We received plenty of treats by the staff, they sung us happy birthday and wished for a great stay. We also had the buffet dinner at the hotel. It was scrumptious. The breakfast was great too!
Great thing about MO:

3. The warm and inviting vibe from the staff
4. Great selection of food
Not so great thing about MO:
1. So far none!
Ps: we also got free welcome drinks at Marina @ 57 and a free ticket on the KLIA Express when booking via Trip.com. This was an absolute steal!

Had a wonderful time at MO Kl, and as I was celebrating my birthday there I believed they upgraded my room, not sure tbh.
Overall great and lovely experience, breakfast was mid in comparison to W KL, but it was good.
