A hotel that DELIVERS IN EVERY WAY

“A hotel that delivers in every way”
My fiance & I stayed at Tiara for a total of 3.5 months and sure that might seem like a long time but the entire staff made it feel more like HOME.
A shout out to the three staff members that I was around the most were HIMA, Angela & Eugene. Hima pretty much runs the show at THE blue bayou lounge bar & she does it extremely well. she is truly the sweetest hard working human you’ll ever meet. Funny, energetic, pays attention to detail, engages with her customers, speaks great English. She is one a kind, a real dear heart. If you ever meet Hima be sure to order the cocktail the HIMA THEMA!!!!
Angela is the front office manager. She was our GO TO for anything we needed in Labuan, from aspirin to a personal trainer to a measuring tape & securing a parking spot in the garage during busy times, this woman wears the pants at that office & she gets the job done & always with the friendliest demeanor. I could count on her to help with anything and we also had some very nice conversations which was lovely as I was so far away from home.
Eugene, also one of the managers at Tiara was also very kind & pleasant. He always suggested new things for us to try on the menu & even joined us for a few games of pool now & again. A great guy all around. Always wished us a good evening or have fun (if we were headed out for the evening) or enjoy your meal. His ability to create a welcoming and efficient environment is truly remarkable.
Every single staff member greeted us with a smile & genuine attention. From the kitchen staff to the cleaners to the shuttle drivers, & Kenneth the Gardner (who does an impeccable job), they’re all truly wonderful!!
The views from suites in the upper floors are stunning, the grounds are very lush & beautiful, and trust me when I say once you see the KOI FISH pond, you’ll fall in love with this place even more & you’ll be feeding the fish daily like I did. There’s also a couple turtles to see if you can spot them:)
We stayed in three different suites over our stay. The rooms are large and open so you don’t feel cramped. We also had washing machine and drying rack, You can make it a home away from home for extended stays. Some of the rooms have been more refreshed than others. Be prepared that some aspects of facilities are a bit past their prime. However still lovely.. :)
The grounds and the rooms are great but the staff is what really makes this place stand out.
Please visit the Tiara. It represents the very best of Labuan!

Vacanza in famiglia

(100 stars if it were possible!)
The Tiara Labuan Hotel is truly a hidden gem on the island.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, all incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions about the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away.
The property is surrounded by lush greenery, with a beautiful tropical garden and a charming koi pond, a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a fully equipped gym, perfect for both leisure and wellness.
The restaurant is excellent: breakfast was included and it was abundant, varied, and of great quality—an ideal way to start the day. In the evening, we enjoyed the indoor lounge, where the bartenders prepared fantastic cocktails. The bar is impressively stocked, especially with liquors and whiskeys, and the atmosphere is perfect for winding down.
In short: impeccable staff, beautiful green surroundings, complete facilities, and high-quality dining. If we could give a rating, it would definitely be 100 stars out of 5 ✨✨✨.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Labuan.

Tiara Labuan Hotel is the premier resort to stay at on Labuan. The entire property is gorgeous with a variety of gardens and restaurants. You are a 10 minute walk away from town or the Labuan War Cemetery, and just across the road is the peaceful Tiara Beach. I couldn't recommend this resort enough and can't wait to come back.
