I've stayed there a couple of times before and everything was good so far until my last stay. I booked my stay for 2 nights and had to leave a night before because there were bed bugs all over the beds. I had to ask for a new room which they couldn't provide due to full capacity so I had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night.
They weren't able to refund the night that I didn't stay and offered hotel credit instead but to be honest I won't be staying there anymore.

Everyone who works at this hotel is friendly and ready to help.
It's very well located, and the parking is free.
However the front desk people never answer the phone.
I have stayed here many times.

The first night I was there I had to kill a cockroach and that pretty much did it for me. My grapes were covered in ants when I went to use the bathroom during the night. Multiple damages to the room that I had photograph and videotape to make front desk aware, so I would not be charged. Door had gaps on all edges to the point that the noise and light made it impossible to sleep. Left the first night, still waiting for a complete refund for the 3 nights I had paid for, or to even hear from management. Seems like they are not interested in making this situation right for the consumer. The whole hotel smelled funny, than observed a man with a white fluid on a backpack spraying chemicals all over. It was just a horrible experience. I hope to get my money back but my claim with Expedia also seems to be going nowhere! Do not stay here! Pick a different place it's not worth it, especially if you have asthma or any of your family members do. You're expected to sleep among these chemicals to apparently keep ants and roaches out.
