Also for good food and a fantastic bar...

Booked for dinner in the Hoge Duin. Reservation was easy and fast. Food is in a buffet form for a reasonable price. We were genuinely amazed by the quality of the food and decoration. The tables were spacious with of course the most beautiful view of the Dutch coast. Friendly and fresh staff. Unlimited food from a well-stocked buffet where there is something for everyone. Meat and fish are prepared fresh immediately by a cook on request. Top. Drinks are charged separately after dinner. To eat somewhere else in Wijk aan Zee... Highly recommended. After dinner a nightcap in the sky bar. Just a great night!!

Hotel nice restaurant mediocre.

The rooms of this beautiful seaside hotel are beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We were much less pleased with the quality of the restaurant (both buffet and dinner) as well as the staff (mn in the buffet restaurant). Unsophisticated, lots of fat cooked through.

Great experience richer!

Had 2 nights in this beautiful hotel.. 1 x enjoyed the delicious, uniquely catered dinner buffet. And the 2nd day very cozy celebrated my husband's birthday with the children and grandchildren with a cozy drink hour on the sun-drenched terrace and then all enjoyed the buffet again, which was also to their taste.
Reception, fine well arranged.
Waiting staff very friendly.
Large, spacious, clean room with terrace and sea view.
It's worth repeating.

Excellent hotel

The sea view room was large, nice and modern decorated and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous. The freshly fried fried fried egg is fine. Less positive is that the fried bacon and warm sausage slices both taste only like salt and the taste of the orange juice is not to write home. The view is unbeatable in the private room and from the dining room (and other places). The dinner buffet offers a lot of choice and the grilled lamb chop and tuna we liked very much. More than twice, however, we would not eat there, because the variation from day to day is very limited (but other soups, incidentally). We were there for two nights, so we were not bothered by that The decor of restaurant and bar looks very pleasantly modern. We did not use sauna etc. and it was too cold to sit on terrace with nice views.

This hotel is literally a "highlight"!

We enjoyed the winter package at the hotel, highly recommended!
Very nice hotel, beautifully located and very attractively decorated with beautiful warm colors.
Room with sea view is really enjoyable. Worth paying a little extra for that.
Breakfast and dinner also very very good, plenty of choice for everyone and everything very tasty. And the view during dinner is sooo beautiful.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
So for a nice getaway in winter definitely book!
