So Relaxing!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to be. Beautiful ocean views available. We watched the big ships heading towards and away from the Panama Canal from our private balcony. So relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very fluffy pillows! The whole staff made us feel welcomed. Onsite food options and the Amador Causeway is close to the hotel.

Great view…pool closed with no warning

The view of the ocean from my balcony was wonderful. Ships coming and going was entertaining. The room was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and AC. In room coffee maker, microwave and fridge. It would have been a great experience except the pool was closed!!! One of the reasons for selecting the hotel was the pool and hot tub. I was so disappointed. It was a scheduled maintenance so it should have been publicized on the website. I wasn’t informed on check in either. So I had my swimsuit on ready to go and was told it was closed when I got there. Unacceptable. If this is an important amenity for you, be sure to contact hotel first. Housekeeping was great but front desk staff could use some additional training in customer service/relations especially Arselis .

Clean. Good restaurants. Comfortable room.
But no airport transfers as atated on website. Location is far from everything unless your going to the canal.

Nice hotel but not well located

Hotel is a little dated. Nevertheless, I had a Very comfortable suite overlooking the water. Bed was very comfortable, a/c was great, and wifi was excellent. Breakfast for me was not included. $16.05 a day including tax and it was a pretty good buffet. Not great like other hotels I have stayied in in Latin America but good. Eggs, various pork products, pancakes, bread, sweets, cereal, yogurt, lots of fruit, and great fresh squeezed juices. Location is not so great as you will need to taxi/Uber everywhere or drive tour rental. If I go back to Panama I would probably look for a hotel better located to more walkable things….( markets, restaurants). I enjoyed my stay but the location was an issue…..

Practical and effective

Convenient for a first night on arrival from Panama City and well placed to visit the canal.
Room pretty much clean. Does the job as they say. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment. The staff was friendly enough.
