Hotel with excellent service
Booked this hotel as a holiday between flights and also for visiting the Ayala shopping mall..
It took 45 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi at rush hour from the airport, 25 minutes back-to-night. Taxi service outside the hotel, 500 pesos.
I liked the hotel itself - perfectly clean room with water, tea, tea, coffee, bed with mattress are wonderful, the view from the window is dizzying - to the city. Free water cooler on the floor. It's a nice pool, opens until 10 p.m. Breakfast was asked at 12:00 a.m. to cook with you and the staff offered 5 lunch box options - all were delicious, for which thank you very much.
Location- 5 minutes to Ayala center with many shops of different brands.
The staff deserve special attention - polite, help, prompt, thank you all for a wonderful short stay!

Good experience
All the staff are friendly, very accommodating. Been here 3 times. Our longest stay was 20 days last year.Every time we have a family vacation we choose a Quest hotel to stay..the room is good, the pool was nice. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great family escape
Location of hotel is very good for shopping and entertainment. Staff was very attentive to our requests. The room was very comfortable. Food was great! Pool needed a bit of cleaning but we swam in any event. Great stay. This is our 3rd family stay with success.

Quest is a great hotel with wonderful amenities with Ayala ay a walking distance as a plus points. Superb
Quest is a great hotel with wonderful amenities with Ayala ay a walking distance as a plus points and the best part, the staff were all friendly and are willing to help. The concierge were very hospitable. Food was superb, I always hear how great the breakfast buffet was at Quest and now when I was able to experience it, it was great

Hotel is well maintained despite being operational for so many years. Buffet breakfast is really good, lots of options! The roving taho “vendor” and puto maya server with filipiniana outfits are a nice touch!
However, I think the 3pm check-in and 11am check out should be revised.
