Buffet is superb. Expresso or latte included. Best cheese and variety of dishes but the same kind in every stay. Rooms are clean. Mattress is brand new, enjoy floppy pillows. Free Welcome drinks and very quiet location. Express checkin and checkout. No hastle. But How come clark room rates are higher than in north edsa? The pool is heated and clean

Pool was non-operational at time of visit. Stay was supposed to be a vacation but no activities for the children in the hotel

The hotel is in very convenient location next to the restaurants of SM Clark that’s why we choose to stay here. The room is pretty small as well as the bathroom. The room amenities were just toothbrush and nothing else. The bed is comfortable though but it’s not worth for the money spent. We stayed on a different hotel with bigger rooms and comfortable bed with amenities and with breakfast with cheaper price. I would say that stay here if you want to be next to mall and nothing else.

Nice, modern hotel. Room size reasonable and well equipped. Hotel appeared well maintained and clean. Wide range of items for breakfast and also offers food at other times. Only criticism was housekeeping. .Stayed 2 nights. Returning from time out on the second day we found the bed unmade, no toilet paper, towels unchanged, and no replacement bottles of mineral water( tap water unsuitable for drinking ).. Found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Just need to ensure high standards are maintained 100%.

1. Swimming pool is under renovation, no notice upon booking.
2. Asked for a queen bed, but turned-out it was two single matress joined together, which made it uncomfortable in the back since you can feel the gap, it's disappointing.
