这次旅行因为要从衡阳坐飞机飞上海，所以计划机场旁边住一晚。酒店地理位置便利，服务人员态度热情周到，尤其隔壁装修及楼下KTV深夜扰民时，前台多次主动沟通协调，耐心解决问题值得点赞。但房间卫生需加强，洗手台有明显油渍未清理干净；隔音效果欠佳，清晨五点窗外货车轰鸣声影响休息，让人实在有些奔溃。但是南岳机场接机/送机的服务很贴心。

您的中肯评价收到，我反复看了好多遍，您对小店的服务及接送机服务给予了高度的肯定，小店隔壁酒店的装修带来的噪音我深表歉意，我多次与隔壁协商，试图把噪音控制在最小范围，隔音效果小店应该是高于同行标准很多，小店的客房门四周都加了密封条，窗户是断桥系统窗，双层中空玻璃，晚上关上窗户入睡，绝对是一夜好眠。卫生方面我们在商圈一直保持领先，最近由于隔壁装修灰尘多，我们早中晚客房大姐都会做保洁，但还是有疏忽的地方，让细心爱干净的您发现瑕疵，感谢您提出的建议，我们会更认真的对待，相信我，下次您再过来入住，定会看到一个更优秀的小抚。

酒店方拾金不昧我装有两万现金的包退房忘在酒店老板亲自打电话告知老板人很好老板娘也很漂亮酒店装修很新卫生也很赶紧抽水马桶也是智能的中央空调非常不错如果还有机会还会入住值得推荐

来衡阳出差，一直住的这家酒店，每月都来几天，环境非常棒，非常干净，老板娘人很好，还多送了水，酒店设施也非常好，楼下就有当地美食，吃饭非常方便主要也好吃便宜，非常建议入住！
