Christmas

Amazing place in Poland( south- close to Katowice and Krakow)
Delicious food, sophisticated spa, friendly staff. Place where you can switch off to charge your battery. You can renew your soul with surrounded nature.
Hotel is based inside forest.
Fresh air and tiny lake give you amazing experience.
Don’t miss it or plan visit Poland for short brake. Airport Katowice (10-15 min)

Very much below expectations

For that price I expected a much more decent experience. First of all the nearby river smells like a dead dog. It is the middle of nowhere and if you arrive in the evening you will stay hungry. Absolutely nothing is available. No bar, nothing.
In the middle of the pandemic in Silezia, with one of the highest infection rates in Central Europe the staff is not wearing a mask, which is not acceptable. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The airconditioner is not working in the room and I couldn't open the window, because the mosquito net is broken. The whole place feels unkept and not well managed. The only positive thing was the receptionist. Helpful, fast, kind.
I will avoid this place, although I will be doing quite some work in nearby Katowice in the coming months and it looked like a good choice with a nice pool and everything. On top of that it's quite pricey.
The hotel lost a future guest for sure.

Avoid room 205

I had booked a larger room and when I arrived I was checked into room 205. At first sight it looked great but when people with a baby checked into the room next door it proofed the small connection door between the rooms is not sound proof at all and you could hear every single noise from the adjacent room. When I mentioned this the next day at checkout the reaction of the person at the reception was they never had complaints about this. The same person also settled my bill in EUR without asking how it should be charged to my credit card. Normally I want it charged in PLN using the exchange rate of MasterCard and not the exchange rate imposed by the hotel.

My first stay in Poland

This really is a very nice hotel, in a lovely location and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a good base for their Polish holiday as it is close to the airport, (about 20 minutes), and reasonably centrally located for travel to the tourist destinations.

Nature and rwlax

Unfortunately I had not enough time for living this experience the fullest, but I’ll be back. Rooms are ok, clean and nice view on the forest and small lake. Also possible to use pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Or going for a walk into the forest. Restaurant does not offer a lot of choices, but enough for nice dinner. Perfect location for airport
