If it's for the spa with one time left over.

Cozy space. Great staff treatment. Area to be quiet, walk and enjoy nature. The public areas of the hotel invite you to have good times. Charming rooms. Breakfast and good and hearty food. Less the spa, the best the warm sun loungers and the jacuzzi that does not work properly.

It has been a highly recommended experience. The accommodation is equipped with every detail. Excellent staff and friendly staff. The Spa a luxury and the cuisine a real wonder. Special mention to Mayte!

Wedding: Absolute lack of professionalism

I can't really give an opinion on the services I intended to be offered as we arranged an appointment to celebrate our wedding there and, after explaining what we wanted, see how it could be done and so on, we've never been sent the budget. We called to check the status of our application, they apologized and told us that, in two days, we would have the information. They didn't send her or call us to explain anything. Too bad because the place was a good fit for what we wanted to do. In a few places I have seen such a great lack of professionalism.

Bad experience

Very expensive for what it offers, there are much better options than this hotel in that same area.
The staff was not friendly at all. When we need your help we didn't have it.
It looks good in the photos but ultimately a disappointment, so it is not a site I would recommend.

Really, great.

Spectacular place to disconnect a few days. Very friendly and attentive staff. The only “hit” I would say was that, on the first day they didn’t make the room, but it was because of a disconnect between employees, since we were alone in the hotel three days, it was on weekdays. Special mention to Fabricio, cook, always pending and attentive with us. Pleasure to have spent a few days in such a magnificent place
