Luxurious hotel on the first line, for unforgettable holidays

It is a family hotel, well located, close to the beach walking; it has 4 but for me it is 5 stars or more than a stopper for the quality of everything; clean, it eats luxury (striking quality in food ), comfortable, and the best its staff, super friendly. It has a great terrace, nice pools and spa. To highlight each of them for their great work, in reception (Leo, Alex, Linda, Marcos), in room service (Maria and si governanta Laura) and especially the dining service to Eva and Daniela of 10 o'clock, for their impeccable work and attentive and fast and also rest of their companions (Axel, David, Leticia, Carlos, Ana, Lazlo, Mery, Pioter) and kitchen a very special mention to their chel Miguel, excellent cook, luxury of presentation in everything, and his assistants Adolfo and Hems. I don't want to forget Arek and Juanjo maintenance staff. To all of them thank you and your hotel manager, David man brush, great and wonderful treatment. I couldn't be better, it's an award-winning hotel like the Michelin-starred
Thanks to all of them for that day to day, how well they have treated us and for always being with a smile, those things are priceless.

Never trust the reviews of Secret Escapes

Very disappointed. The presentation and rating 4+ of Secret Escapes is not nearly in line with reality. The renovation was carried out very reduced and minimal. The partition, glass wall at the shower is far too short, so that at each shower the bathroom was under water. No storage in the bathroom. Towel change did not take place at all. The room very dirty. Cobwebs, indefinable patches on the headboard of the bed. After 3 days we asked if it would be possible to sweep and mop once. This, too, is very superficial. The cabinet doors jumped out of the guide when closing and opening. Again, no storage. The room had an unpleasant smell. Twice craftsmanship was carried out. Partly the loungers by the pool had sagged. For us it was not relaxing.
Only the breakfast was good.

A 2 star experience, this hotel has some serious staffing/management issues

We have just returned from an 11 night stay in Illetas.
The location is stunning and the hotel has potential, but our stay was far from a 4 star experience.
The Customer Experience Manager had a desk but were never seen. Anything reported to the reception desk went ignored. Maybe it’s the elusive Aura Rivera who replies to complaints on this site. I made several complaints to management by email but no response at all from them.
There seemed to be no management at all in the hotel, staff were without direction or training in hospitality.
The balcony in our suite was in a dreadful state of repair with rotten and crumbling wood and large cracks in the concrete. The clothes rack was coming off the wall.
Breakfast service was chaotic:
Tables not cleared so that seagulls were swooping on leftover plates, they were also v slow to set tables once cleared so they were hard to obtain.
Crockery, glasses often not available at buffet service
Cleaning was at best cursory, consumables were not replenished. Our shampoo & shower gel dispenser was running low, we told the front desk but nothing happened. It eventually ran out & I had to attach a note to it to get the cleaner to refill the next day.
Our hairdryer didn’t work at all.
Consumables such as cotton pads and cotton buds were never replenished (so 1 cotton bud per person per 11 day stay, really?)
Coffee was often not replenished and there was never enough milk for even a cup of coffee each per day. The “free” safe actually came with a charge.

Regarding the Customer Experience Manager position, it is currently vacant as we are in the process of recruiting a suitable candidate. We apologize if this affected your experience.
We would also like to highlight that, in the Balearic Islands, strict environmental regulations limit the use of plastics and single-use items. This is part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, especially given the high number of tourists in the area.
Concerning the maintenance issues in your suite, there are five department managers responsible for these areas. We find it unusual that during such a lengthy stay you did not have the opportunity to speak with any of them directly.
Finally, please note that all rooms are equipped with safes, which are provided free of charge.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future with a much-improved experience.

Good location , not soo good staff

The hotel itself is lovely , the location is great and room was nice and clean , the breakfast and dinner were lovely.
the only issue was the men that work at the bar from refusing to serve drinks even when we were not yet drunk , to being very slow , at times not even being at the bar for multiple minutes when you go up to order. One of the nights we ordered a room service drink to the room and the bartender cursed as he closed the door at us and then later when we encountered same bartender again he said “ you english are no good “ ( we are not even English ), when this was said to us we had never even ordered of this bartender we were just waiting at the bar to be served by someone else. The reception staff are very helpful and the girls that worked in the restaurant were fast and professional it just was the men who worked in the bar who was had slow and unprofessional experiences with which. Is disappointing for the amount of money being spent as the hotel isn’t inexpensive are neither are the drinks.

Splendid hotel on the side of cliffs on the sea where you feel good

Beautiful hotel on the hillside. Do not hesitate to book directly at the hotel without going through a platform. You will have a nicer room because not all of them are booked on the web.
The part of the historic hotel is splendid with its imposing terraces on the sea, its library lounges, its marble floor etc...
A bar/snack open all day and late at night for a drink or dinner.
The staff is really caring. Always nice and smiling.
Outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Beach bar and deckchairs.
At the spa supers Massages by Petra. A treat.
It is an unforgettable hotel and very close to places to visit. By car or by bus which stops in front of the hotel and is very cheap.
Room service perfect.
As well as cleaning and storage of the room and terrace with table, armchairs and deckchairs.
Rituals: shower/shampoo gel, conditioning liquid hand soap. Packs: Toothpaste and toothbrush. Comb. Kleenex. iron safe etc...
We are dealing with real hotel professionals and it is very pleasant.
Hotel that deserves its 4 stars see more.
