Here are a few more helpful details: · Please inform The Donna Portals of your expected arrival time in advance. · All our beds are king or queen double beds, we do not have single beds. · If you haven't already booked your buffet breakfast for your stay, we have both options of buffet or a la cart menus should you decide on the spot, to provide the perfect start of your day and ease into your morning just how you prefer. · In our restaurants, we ask that guests wear as dress code a smart casual clothing, such as long trousers and closed shoes, for example. · The full amount of your stay will be settled at check-in together with a presentation of a valid credit card. · All guests are required to show a photo ID and those under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. · Special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your reservation confirmation. · We love having small pets (up to 5 kg) stay with us — €45/day per pet applies—and to ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we have a few simple compliances required: pets should be carried in your arms or in a carrier when entering or leaving The Donna. They can be present in shared spaces such as our restaurants but always with a leash, and should never be left alone in the room unless secured in a carrier (and we are informed). We kindly ask that pets stay off beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own cover if needed—and please refrain from using hotel towels for cleaning your pet or accessories. You’re responsible for any extra cleaning, damage, or hygiene issues, and if a pet’s behaviour disturbs others guests, we may need to discuss alternative arrangements. · Should we detect group bookings of more than 5 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply and the hotel reserves the right to ask for prepaid stays or to cancel these bookings.
