Excellent
All excellent. Very grateful for everything. The spacious facilities that facilitated the event, excellent food and dining staff, a very grateful patience because sometimes we were not exact with the schedules of the different activities and we arrived late to the dining room, a comfortable room and beds that facilitated the rest. A wonder.

Stay for MotoGP
The hotel was near the circuit, which was great. However, next time I would think twice about paying the high price and feeling stranded at the resort throughout the weekend; instead take the shuttle from Jerez. The grounds have seen better days, can't use the pool and hot tub at the convention center hotel and there isn't a bar located at that location either. You can hear the town of Jerez alive with motorcycles at night and also hear the bikes on circuit from your room. The staff were all kind, but they all act as if this is the Four Seasons while the hotel feels just like any run down golf club that people get married at. There is a pretty view when having lunch at the main hotel, and better food options from the vendors in front of the circuit during that weekend.

While our hotel is set in a more secluded and natural environment — something many of our guests value for its tranquility — we recognize that during MotoGP, this can feel limiting, especially with the road closures. These restrictions are established by local authorities for everyone’s safety and are unfortunately beyond our control.
Regarding the facilities, although the pool and hot tub at the convention center were not in service, we did have two other pools and the spa available for our guests to enjoy.
We also take note of your comments about the grounds and food options and will continue working to enhance these aspects of the guest experience.
Lastly, we’re truly pleased to hear that our team provided you with a level of service that meets high standards. Your recognition means a great deal to us.

Totally boring Cotillion party. Before 1 AM more than half of us had to go to bed.
End of the year: very good quality and rich dinner, very good waiters service. Boring party and inappropriate music... did not give time to make use of the open bar because at 1 AM we were 70% in bed... and the unprofessional organizers and were slow to react to complaints about smokers in the room. We're not coming back!!
