Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. IMPORTANT: During the winter season (29th September to 11th April) the resort will have minimum reception and maintenance services. All other services and facilities will not be operative during this period. SERVICES: A BABY KIT suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) When travelling with PETS please note that an extra charge applies: 12 EUR per pet and per day or 75 EUR per pet per week. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (1 pet per apartment) CLEANING SERVICES Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure.
