A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an additional charge of 15€ will apply for late check-in from 20:00 to 23:30. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 8€ per stay. Restaurant service is available Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and dinner.
