What a delight!

A fabulous night. So peaceful. We arrived at 6.00pm after a long journey. Made to feel very welcome by the owners. As it was Sunday the restaurant was closed but the owners very kindly drove us to a delightful restaurant by the lake. Good night sleep then breakfast on the terrace. Nothing was too much trouble 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you

No flexibility in case of impediment

No flexibility! Unable to get there, the hotel refuses to cancel the reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Their response was dry and not suffering any desire for dialogue disappointed me greatly. From my point of view, this is not a professional attitude.

Wonderful innkeeper

We booked a suite at this hotel and got there super early (~9:30 am) following a night flight from the US. Our children were very tired but the innkeeper (a wonderful woman!) was super accommodating. She fed us breakfast right away and was able to get us into the room. The room was super clean and nice. It was a delight. She didn't even bother with the documents then because she knew we just wanted to lie down. I am very grateful to her for that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
She then gave us suggestions on what to do and where to eat dinner. The breakfast we had the following morning was wonderful as well and the check-out process was super fast.
THE ONLY reservation I would have is that obviously this type of hotel does not have an elevator. Our room was on the 3rd or 4th floor... so my husband literally had a very hard time bringing our suitcase upstairs. We actually ended up taking some clothes out of the suitcase and bringing that upstairs.

Very good and beautiful location in a restaurated castle with large beautiful decorated and tastefull rooms with view at Bodensee.
Service was very good and very friendly.
Very nice and peacefull place to stay when You want to visit the Bodensee, near to cities.

Amazing!

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Schloss Brunegg. Das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung sauber und stylisch eingerichtet. Wir haben keine anderen Bewohner im Haus gesehen oder gehört. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!
